The Las Vegas new-home market tumbled again in January

Author: Clark County issued 90 permits for new homes in January; North Las Vegas issued 33; Henderson, 22; and Las Vegas, 34.
The 284 sales in January was the lowest one-month total since he started tracking the Las Vegas housing market in 1988.
Phoenix continues to be a main competitor for Las Vegas along with Florida, the Gulf Coast, San Diego and Los Angeles as a place people relocate to.
The trend in Las Vegas is looking a little better this year. There is signs of improvement as more people are apply for Las Vegas Mortgages.
